The LAXATIN tablets were depicted as a little ball rolling through the metropolis in the 3D animation. On a table, the story began. The LAXATIN logo was painted on the white ball before it began its voyage. The ball traveled through the streets, the metro station, the food court, and the restrooms before finally entering the digestive tract. In the animation, the ball appears as a character. Except for the ball with the LAXATIN logo, none of the balls travel through the scenes smoothly.

片中場景以中式場景、賭具為主,並分為「初探」、「獲得小利」、「一擲千金」、「血本無歸」四階段,顯示著許多因沉迷賭博而導致家破人亡的人其心理狀態。並希望觀眾在看過本片後,能夠理解賭博的危害並遠離博弈市場。
劇本發想來自一好萊塢商業電影「決勝 21 點」,劇中男主因具有天才般的數學計算能力,進而投入 21 點賭博市場,最終卻也因此惹得殺身之禍。片名標題為追逐億萬財富後卻失去所有的「億萬夢」。片中除賭具外,以點鈔機以及捕鼠器作為財力以及人性的隱喻,點鈔機從原本的權力運轉至最後的空轉代表錢財的流失。捕鼠器上放置千元大鈔則代表如陷阱般的誘惑,而沉迷賭博而不可自拔的人儘管在誤觸陷阱、受到傷害後依然不可自拔的嘗試。

People nowadays live in a high pressure society, they always seek something happy, easy or funny, seeing it as the fun of life or the motivation for work. That is the main reason why we hope we can tell the story with a fun atmosphere, and make it a relaxing film. We decided to make the two main characters teenagers, who can prank each other without thinking. Being teenagers, they have immature personalities which might remind audiences that they were once happy-go-lucky as are the two characters. The goal of this film is not only to make people laugh, but also make them feel energetic and hopeful about their lives again.
